Antigua, Guatemala
Feb. 24-28, 2027
Day One
Welcome to Antigua! Upon arrival, settle into your four-star home base at Porta Hotel Antigua with pool and volcano views — the perfect blend of comfort and colonial charm. After unpacking, pause for a moment together poolside as the sun dips behind the volcanoes — your first Guatemala sunset.
We’ll gather for a relaxed welcome dinner at a highly regarded local restaurant where fresh Guatemalan flavors and warm service set the tone for connection, culture, and good conversation. It’s the perfect first evening to unwind and reconnect with yourself and other mamas.
Day Two
Start your day with a leisurely breakfast before stepping into the rich layers of Antigua’s history. A guided walking tour showcases colonial architecture, cobblestone streets, and iconic plazas — uncovering centuries of tradition and local life.
Enjoy a relaxed lunch in town, then choose how you want your afternoon to unfold — whether that’s sipping Guatemalan coffee at an artisan café, wandering boutique shops filled with textiles and jade, or returning to the hotel pool to read, reflect, and soak up views of the volcanoes.
As the day transitions to evening, toast to your first full day with sunset drinks overlooking Antigua’s storied rooftops at Hector’s Bistro. Dinner tonight highlights fresh, seasonal cuisine with a regional twist.
Day Three
Today is all about Guatemala’s soul through one of its most iconic tastes — coffee. After breakfast, we’ll take a short scenic drive to Finca la Azotea coffee farm for a guided tour, where you’ll learn about the harvest, processing, roasting and cupping that make Guatemalan coffee world-renowned. The experience is sensory and personal, rich with flavors, stories, and volcanic backdrop views.
Lunch is a slow, social affair at Caoba Farms farm-to-table destination before heading into the afternoon. You’ll have free time to lounge poolside, book a spa treatment, shop more of Antigua’s handcrafted goods, or simply soak up sunset hues over the Lava-kissed horizon. Tonight’s dinner is flexible — we’ll choose a hidden-gem spot locals love.
Day Four
Rise a little earlier for a softly adventurous morning — a guided visit to Pacaya Volcano. This is light adventure with a Guatemalan twist. You’ll hike on well-worn paths and have the option to ride horses part of the way so the experience feels energizing, not exhausting. Once at the base, take in sweeping views, the steam rising from volcanic vents, and that sense of “I’m really here.”
Return to Antigua for a relaxed lunch — and the rest of the afternoon is yours. A final pool swim, quiet journal time, last-minute shopping, or a café espresso are all perfectly valid ways to spend it. Tonight, we celebrate with a farewell dinner that captures the spirit of Guatemala — vibrant, heartfelt, and delicious — where new friendships and memories are toasted under star-lit skies.
Day Five
After breakfast, we’ll pack our bags and check out, but not before one last mom moment together. Join us for a relaxed farewell brunch at one of Antigua’s most beloved cafés, where you’ll savor fresh Guatemalan flavors, swap stories from the week, and reflect on the cultural richness you’ve shared.
Carry home the laughter, the views of volcano peaks, the taste of Guatemalan coffee, and that deep sense of both rest and cultural wonder.
