Day Three

Today is all about Guatemala’s soul through one of its most iconic tastes — coffee. After breakfast, we’ll take a short scenic drive to Finca la Azotea coffee farm for a guided tour, where you’ll learn about the harvest, processing, roasting and cupping that make Guatemalan coffee world-renowned. The experience is sensory and personal, rich with flavors, stories, and volcanic backdrop views.

Lunch is a slow, social affair at Caoba Farms farm-to-table destination before heading into the afternoon. You’ll have free time to lounge poolside, book a spa treatment, shop more of Antigua’s handcrafted goods, or simply soak up sunset hues over the Lava-kissed horizon. Tonight, we’ll take a cooking class from a local chef at Cuscun Cooking School and enjoy dinner and drinks on a rooftop overlooking the volcanoes.
